Simi Valley Baseball League was established in 1978 and our focus has always been on the instruction of good 'ol fashion FUN-da-MENTAL baseball with the emphasis on player development and a love for the game in all divisions through 18 years old. SVBL is the only choice for the competitive baseball player with an eye on a college career and beyond! We believe in a healthy balance of FUN-da-MENTAL instruction and competitive play in all our Divisions from ages 4-18 years of age. Our Cal Ripken Divisions feature T-Ball (ages 4-6), Coach Pitch (ages 6-7), Rookie (6-8), Farm (ages 7-9), Minors (ages 9-12), Major (ages 10-12), and our Babe Ruth Divisions consist of the Seniors (ages 13-15), High School Prep (ages 13-15) and the Pro Division (ages 16-18)

2012 Memorial Day Tournament
This years Memeorial Day Tournament is to benefit the SVLL Challenger Program. Simi Valley Baseball League in cooperation with Simi Valley Little League and Santa Susana Boys Baseball will be hosting this tournament. Proceeds from this tournament will go toward building a baseball field for children with special needs. Snack Shack Deposit Refunds
All parents wanting to get their $50 deposit check back must work in the snack shack for a total of 4 hours during the Spring Season. This can be scheduled by clicking on the link above. We suggest that you do not schedule time during your childs game as it gets very busy in the shack and you will miss the game. The deposit checks will be deposited on April 2nd, 2012 so please schedule your time by April 1st. If you have any questions please email the Snack Shack Director @ snack.shack@svbl.net
SVBL Field Work Days
SVBL has field work party days where everyone is needed to come out and help with the fields to make them ready for Opening Day and season play. Field and facility preparation are VERY important to our league and the help of everyone is highly needed. This is a great opportunity for the players to show their support for the league and lend a helping hand. Parents, too, are role models for the children and being out there helping this non-profit organization really does make a statement for the children when they see their parents, team mates, friends, and others lending a helping hand. This area of volunteering is so important to the beauty and playability of the fields. There is a refundable $25 maintenance fee per family due when registering your player(s). Board Members only are waived from this deposit. After you have volunteered your 2 hours at the fields during one of our spring season scheduled field work parties, the fee will be refunded within a few weeks after completion of your duty. Your team parent and the league’s website will keep you informed as we near the work parties. Thank you for taking 2 hours or more of your busy schedule to help make “your fields” the VERY BEST in Simi Valley. We take pride in them!!! -

Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball is played under the Babe Ruth Rules of Baseball in conjunction with the SVBL Local Rules (which include Draft and Playoff guidelines) and your 2012 Divisional Rules.
